Using this website

You may browse this site and use it to contact us about interior design work. You agree not to misuse it — no attempting to break into systems, no scraping at a scale that degrades the service for others, no submitting false enquiries or someone else's contact details, and no uploading anything unlawful.

Enquiries are not a contract

Submitting a form, sending a WhatsApp message or speaking to us does not create a binding agreement, and neither does our reply. A project begins only when we have issued a written quotation and you have accepted it in writing. Until then, either side can simply walk away.

Pricing on this website is indicative

Every price, range, package tier and cost breakdown published on this site is an indicative guide, not a quotation and not an offer. Real costs depend on carpet area, the condition of the existing space, the materials and brands you choose, site access, civil and electrical work required, and prevailing material rates.

Prices here are reviewed periodically but material costs move, so figures may be out of date by the time you read them. The only figure you should rely on is the itemised quotation we issue for your specific property after a site visit.

Designs, renders and images

Photographs, 3D visualisations and design imagery on this site illustrate the style and standard of work being described. They are representative, not a promise that your space will look identical. Renders are created before execution and can differ from the finished result because of material availability, batch variation in natural stone and veneer, lighting conditions and site constraints.

Timelines

Published timelines run from design sign-off, not from your first enquiry, and assume decisions and approvals arrive on schedule. They exclude delays caused by housing society permissions, client-side changes after sign-off, non-availability of a specified material, and events outside our reasonable control such as weather, strikes or statutory restrictions.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, layout, photography, visualisations and the Pune Interior Designers name and marks — belongs to us or is used with permission. You may share links and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not republish substantial portions, pass our work off as your own, or use our imagery to market another business.

Design drawings and visualisations prepared for you during a paid engagement are governed by your project agreement, not by these terms.

Third-party links

Where we link to another website — a material supplier, a standards body or a reference article — we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content, accuracy or privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or from reliance on the general guidance published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

This clause limits liability for the website and its content. It does not limit our obligations under a signed project agreement, which has its own terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
